EL-ANA Profiles™: ANA/9 Kit (Cat. No. 104-005)

EL-ANA Profiles™: ANA/9 is used for the detection and measurement of IgG autoantibodies directed against 9 nuclear antigens: ssDNA, dsDNA (phage), Sm, RNP/Sm, SSA, SSB, Chromatin, Scl-70, and Centromere. Based on the individual profile, the sensitivity is ~100% for new SLE and the specificity 98-100%. The test is formatted as a panel for efficient multiplex testing; each well is coated with a different purified antigen.
